Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Store Executive job in Nalasopara Highway Near Pelhar. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry
Note:
1.Candidate will also be involved in basic quality checking activities.
2.Training for quality checking will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage all day-to-day store operations as per SOP
2.Handle inventory management, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials
3.Maintain Material Receipt Note (MRN), Material Issue Note (MIN) using ERP / material management software
4.3Manage Purchase Orders receipts, MRR, stock registers, and asset registers
5.Ensure proper material handling, storage, packing, and transportation
6.Maintain minimum stock levels of consumables and materials
7.Prepare monthly stock reconciliation statements
8.Monitor dispatch planning and timely movement of materials
9.Maintain manual and ERP-based store reports
10.Review daily DPR / ERP entries related to store activities
11.Overall responsibility for Stores, Dispatch, and Purchase coordination
